The lime kilns , in addition to fuel oil or gas fired ones, operating with coal or petrocoke are also among the types of the kilns supplied. The modular design concept of the kilns allows capacity extension with elasticity  and simple erection.

The fuel oil fired lime kiln plants designed by FIEDLER KG Ofenbau for the sugar industry may perform a CO₂ concentration of approximately 33% in the exhaust gas.
