TURN KEY WOOD WORKING PLANTS
ORFEN undertakes to supply/ install/ commission turn-key factories or process lines for the production and/or process of; Chipboard, MDF - Fiber Cement Board, Cement Bonded Chipboard, Plywood, Peeled Veneer, Sliced Veneer, Short Cycle Pressing Lines for the paper or film or veneer surfacing/lamination of panels, impregnation, Edge glued panels and components, Furniture, Solid wood elements, Chair production, Flooring material, Door production, Window production, Production of other special wood based material, Sawmill; engineered by ORFEN or by other experts of the Wood Working Industry sector. |

SANDING AND SELECTING LINES ORFEN designs and supplies completely automatic very high speed sanding lines equipped with selection system for requested number of grades.
Trimming equipment, which reaches to 100LM/min translation speed when sawing, can be installed in the sanding line. |

SHORT CYCLE LAMINATION PRESSING LINES ORFEN; assembles and commisions the Pressing Lines for SHORT CYCLE LAMINATION and (in case of request) can supply any of the equipment (else than the press) of such Lines. |

STACK ROTATING MACHINE Stack Rotating Machine is specially designed and manufactured for the purpose of rotating (upside down), the melamine impregnated paper stack placed on the pallet. The operation of the machine is hydraulically controlled. |

SPECIAL MACHINERY ORFEN manufactures and supplies special machinery designed by well known machinery suppliers or according to her own design based on the data given by the customer. The most of our customers of these machinery are well known machinery suppliers located in Denmark, France, Germany and Italy; while such special machinery are operating in (alphabetical order) Argentina, Australia , Belgium, Brazil, France, Germany, Great Briatain, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Pakistan, Spain and Turkey. Subject machinery (though not limited to) are destined to be used in two main groups, namely panel handling and sawmill mechanisation. a. Panel handling machinery and systems The handling systems designed and supplied by ORFEN are used for the Handling of the panels like; Chipboard, MDF, Fiber Cement Board, Cement Bonded Particleboard, Plywood, Laminated chipboard or MDF, Gypsumboard, HPL, Edge Glued panels, plywood, prefabricated house panels, furniture panels.
